In this paper, nine days meaned series of the daily international sunspot numbers from 1932-1982 are used to analyze the dynamical properties of sunspot evolution. It is concluded that the sunspot is a complex dynamical system which should be described by at least seven independent variables, and that its correlation dimension is 6.3 + or - 0.1. The second-order Renyi entropy and the maximum Liapunov exponent are determined.
