An exact analytical formula for the diffusion coefficient of the Compton
Fokker-Planck equation is derived. The formula is valid for arbitrary
values of the electron temperature and photon energy. For applications
in production-level radiation transport codes, a fast numerical method
to compute the coefficient is presented.
