The problem of diffuse reflection of light from a semiinifinite medium is considered for the case of an arbitrary scattering phase function. In particular, the components of the reflection coefficient are analyzed as functions of the number of the harmonic. Results of numerical calculations are given for the special case of the Henyey-Greenstein phase function.
