Cosmic Ray Astrophysics-Diffuse Gamma Rays

Scientific paper

Diffuse cosmic gamma rays are produced in the propagation of primary
cosmic rays. Using the ``double leaky box'' model for the propagation a
spectrum of the diffuse gamma rays is calculated in close agreement with
the observed spectrum.
