Cosmos-856 and Cosmos-914 data on diffuse gamma-radiation with energy greater than 100 MeV are examined. The main results are presented in the form of a gamma-ray energy spectrum in the 100-4000 MeV range, recorded at galactic latitudes /bII/ exceeding 30 deg. The form of the spectrum points to the significant contribution of a hard galactic component to the diffuse fluxes with energies from several hundred MeV to several GeV at middle and high galactic latitudes.
