We here present differential photometry of the suspected Cataclysmic
Variables (CVs) HM Aur, FBS0827+738, FBS1614+711, and NSV7956. For
comparison, we also observed the already known CVs FO Per, HQ And and RX
And. We find the lightcurves of the first four objects to be constant
within the errors, letting the CV-classification appear unlikely.
