Differential B, V measurements of the rapid variable star HDE 310376 were obtained on four consecutive nights. The integration time for each observation was five seconds. The observations show continuous, rapid, small-amplitude brightness fluctuations superimposed on slower rises and declines of larger amplitude, about 0m.20 in brightness. The most dramatic change was 0m.22 in about 10 minutes. The overall range in brightness was 0m.23 in both ΔB and ΔV. The night-to-night variation in the "average" magnitude was about 0m.06. A possibly periodic photometric feature, occurring with a period one-quarter of the orbital period of the system, is discussed.
