The perturbed motion of a small-mass satellite in the plane of three fixed actively gravitating material centers is investigated analytically. The analysis of Arazov (1976) is extended, deriving differential equations for the osculating elements of the intermediate orbit as continuous functions of time. A parallel is noted to the results of Samoilova-Yakhontova (1929, 1930, 1931, 1936).
