The possibility of the detection and diagnostics of preflare current sheets in active regions using radio observations is considered. Measurements of the radio emission spectra in the millimeter and centimeter wavelength ranges using narrow-beam antennas permit the detection and diagnostics of a current sheet. The connection between the measure of emission per unit area of a current sheet and the form of the radio spectra is established.
