Electromagnetic Waves: Gravity Waves

Scientific paper

The problem of generation of electromagnetic waves by gravitational wave propagating in external stationary electromagnetic field has been studied. It is shown that the equation of this process can be transformed into much simpler equations for superpotentials of electromagnetic field. The exact solutions for the superpotentials in the case of plane and spherical gravitational waves have been found.
