Based on the remote sensing data, the computersachieve the two-dimension and three-dimension cartoon for the isotherm and the solid-liquid interface of the material processing in the furnace. Based on the TCP/IP protocol, the PPP method and the PSTN, PI and experiment achieve the data exchange and PI realizes remote control for the experiment (to change heat power). Then YK3 realizes the teleoperation random replacing samples in the furnace by robot, during long time without space- crew.
