We have developed a portable quick look and analysis system for use at Subaru telescope with Cooled Mid-Infrared Camera and Spectrometer (COMICS). The COMICS has both imaging camera and long slit grating spectrograph in 8 - 26 μm wavelength range. The camera has 1 CCD and the spectrograph has 5 CCDs. During observations, we have to check 6 images at once and analyze quickly. We have newly developed a quick-look and data analysis software for the purpose. The system, called XFC (X fits viewer For Comics), is based on the X window system and can be used on UNIX and LINUX systems.
