The present 40 mW generator design for use in space incorporates a thermoelectric module which is connected in a single series electric circuit. The unlikely event of the failure of one of the 324 electric module contacts or N and P legs would result in the loss of all generator power output. This paper presents the results of the work to date to incorporate cross connected parallel circuits that will improve the reliability of the generator while requiring only minor changes in the overall generator design. .
