This report develops locally valid Chebyshev polynomial representations
of gravitational disturbance accelerations to use, for example, in
inertial guidance calculations. The gravity field can be accurately
represented in this fashion, the computational speed is increased by
about a factor of twenty in comparison to point mass representations.
