Time Interval Counter, Time Measure

A newly developed embedded time interval counter, which can be applied to user's equipment or timing systems as a function module for high-precision time measuring, is introduced. The principle, functions, hardware and software for the counter are discussed in greater detail. A computer software program for debugging the counter, which was developed during the process of counter developing and can be provided to the users, is introduced briefly. The design target for the counter and some experiment data are presented.
