An automated all sky camera network has been constructed in Southern Ontario, Canada as one instrumental component of the Southern Ontario Meteor Network. The design strategy for the network as well as hardware and software which have been developed are described. The metric precision of our reductions are typically around few hundred meters and photometry precise to 0.5 mag for meteors fainter than -6. Early results of the network are presented.
