The development and evaluation of a CCD Camera is introduced for astronomical site survery.ICX98AL CCD with progressive scan mode were used as detector, CDS (correlate dual sampling)circuit for signal readout, USB interface for command and data communication. Dark current:52adu/sec at 12?C, system gain: 2.2e/adu, readout noise: 30e. The results of seeing measurements at Okayama observatory are presented. The results are consistent with the monitoring data taken by the seeing monitor of Okayama observatory.
