We discuss the problem of determining corrections to the accepted nutation coefficients according to astronomical latitude observations. The discrete nature of the observations and the violation of the conditions for Kotel'nikov's theorem accompanied by the superposition of frequencies may lead to results containing systematic errors, and even to a complete loss of information concerning the desired harmonics. Up to the present time no values have been given to the superposition of frequencies.
