Astronomical methods are used to determine the total content of ozone at four mountain sites for various years and seasons in both the ultraviolet and the visible parts of the spectrum. Quasi-monochromatic coefficients of atmospheric extinction are determined, and more than 1000 spectral dependence curves of extinction coefficients are obtained. Results, obtained from two separate absorption bands, on ozone thickness, are in good agreement.
