This poster presents the a second look at the effects of astrometric error on the determination of the orbital elements of extra-solar planets which are detected by direct observation. The astrometric error drives an uncertainty in the determined orbit orbital parameters, which influences the ability to determine if the observed extra-solar planet is a true and certain habitable zone resident. It is shown that additional observations can recover some of the quality in the calculated orbital parameters.
