Observations of the H2 Nu = 1 yields O S(1) and Q(3) lines in the
planetary nebula NGC 7027 yield an intrinsic Q(3)/S(1) line intensity
ratio of 0.74 + or - 0.08. This value is consistent with the theoretical
ratio of the Einstein A coefficients of these transitions. The HI 20-5
line intensity in NGC 7027 is also reported and discussed.
