The distance R0 to the centre of circular velocity field of hydroxyl clouds in the galactic plane has been determined. Radial velocities of the clouds are taken from 1665 and 1667 MHz survey data. Cloud distances from the Sun were calculated from a relation between hydroxyl absorption feature parameters and heliocentric distance. A comparison of the behaviour of cloud circular velocities in the central part of the Galaxy with that of a simulated rotation curve inferred a value R0 = 8.2(+0.9, -0.7) kpc. The rotation curves presented for two galactocentric quadrants are in good agreement with those of neutral hydrogen obtained by the use of another technique.
