Two-dimensional (altitude-latitude) distributions of 427.8 nm emissions at altitudes of 90-200 km were calculated on the basis of Intercosmos-Bulgaria-1300 measurements of the energy spectra of electrons precipitating into the ionosphere. Calculation results are compared with ground-based and flight-photometer measurements. Good agreement between calculations and observational data indicates that satellite particle measurements can be effectively used for the diagnostics of the high-latitude E-region.
