Experimental results are presented which confirm the effectiveness of the coded-aperture technique in the high-energy gamma-ray range, and show that it is possible to improve the angular resolution of high-energy gamma-ray telescopes by several arcmin through the use of this technique. Results are obtained for a gamma-quanta energy of 100 MeV as well as for the gamma-ray bremsstrahlung spectrum, which corresponds to the observation of cosmic gamma-ray sources.
