A grid of isochrones, covering a wide range of stellar ages from the zero-age main sequence to 10 billion years, is calculated in the present work on the basis of the model stars of Claret and Gimenez with allowance for convective overshoot and mass loss by the components. The ages of 88 eclipsing variables on the main sequence from Andersen's catalog and 100 chromospherically active stars from Strassmeier's catalog are calculated with a description of the method of optimum interpolation. Comparisons with age determinations by other authors are given and good agreement is established.
