Comet 1986 Iii Halley, Cometary Tails:Orientation

To determine the value of aberration angle ɛ, 21 plates taken
with 15 cm astrograph at Xinjing province, northwest of China from 30
Dec. 1985 to 5 Jan. 1986 have been chosen. They are just at the interval
of two DE. Calculations show that the angle was wobbled about 3°.
