We developed a numerical code to analyse stellar winds, using non-LTE techniques. We consider radial expansion, spherical simmetry and a monotonic law of the velocity profile. Line radiative transfer is calculated using Sobolev's approximation for supersonic winds and atomic models including all ions of H, He, C and O. We calculate the stellar parameters and the mass loss rate by comparing the theoretical line profiles of OIII 5590, CIII 5696 and CIV 5806 to the carbon Wolf-Rayet stars, and the H and HeI lines to the LBVs stars, with their respectives observed probiles. We conclude that spherical simmetry assumptions is valid for WCs stars, but not for LBVs, that may have assymetric winds. We also conclude that the line 5590 in WCs stars is due to OIII. The analized stars are localized in the 60 solar mass evolutive tracks and WCs stars seems to show a evolutive sequence.
