Results of calculations of the efficiency of single muon detection and of the accuracy of the reconstruction of the trajectory and energy parameters of single muons at the deep-water neutrino telescope NT-200 in Lake Baikal are presented. The effective area and the angular resolution of the telescope make it possible to study a wide range of problems in neutrino astrophysics and physics of cosmic rays.
