The results of photoelectric observations of the lunar occultation of 10 stars which were carried out with a 6-m telescope are presented. The brightness strip distribution of the occulted source is restored using a modified regularization method in which a priori information on the nonnegativity of the solution is accounted for. The upper limits to the angular diameters of eight stars are obtained. For a star with a brightness of 11.07 mag., an angular resolution of 1.0101 is achieved. SAO 128720 and SAO 110268 close binary systems were detected.
