A diffuse object detected at galactic longitude 357.7 deg and galactic
latitude plus 5.6 deg appears as a 7-second-diameter circle in red
light-sensitive plates. The object does not appear on
ultraviolet-sensitive plates. Possible similarities between the object
and the Liller 1 and Terzan 2 compact globular clusters are considered.
