An all-reflection interferometer is presented that is designed for high-resolution measurements during space flights that reflect FUV and EUV radiation. The proposed all-reflection interferometer is based on a concave grating whose design permits paths based on three reflections. Attention is given to the practical ramifications of the astigmatic system such as modifications of the grating and/or secondary mirrors as well as the changes required to configure the device for different spectral passbands.
