Atomic Fountain, Frequency Standard, Hollow Beam
Scientific paper
The design and progress of the compact rubidium atomic fountain clock are introduced in this paper. Many new techniques are applied to the compact rubidium atomic fountain clock and a compact structure is adopted. The hollow beam is employed in the atomic fountain in order to increase the amount of signal atoms. It is expected that the accuracy, short stability, long stability and signal-noise-ratio for this fountain will be 10-14, 10-13, 10-15 and 103 respectively.
