It is necessary to analyze and design the intersatellite link (ISL) for satisfying the requirement of time synchronization signal transmitting in satellite constellation time synchronization. In this paper, the relationship between the intersatellite link parameters is analyzed; the parameters of LEO and MEO intersatellite links are calculated, and the performance of the links is analyzed. Besides, the performance of LEO and MEO ISL affected by the pointing error is analyzed too. Based on all these analyses and calculation the designs for LEO and MEO ISL are achieved, satisfying the demands.
