A model is suggested for calculating the dielectric permittivity for the cryolithosphere of Mars, which may contain both fresh and brackish ice. The model allows for the composition and temperature of the soil. The calculation algorithm is executed on a personal computer. Calculation results for depth profiles of the dielectric permittivity for the cryolithosphere of Mars are presented for the frequency range from 0.5 to 5 MHz.
