Scientific paper
Radiowave depolarization in a space plasma, caused by vortex motion of
the medium, is discussed. A general expression connecting the
polarization-angle dispersion with the space-time spectrum of the
velocity field is obtained. Estimates are presented for some models of
this spectrum.
