The paper presents statistics determined for the distribution of velocities with respect to latitude of individual nonreturning sunspot groups for each year over the entire sun and for the northern and southern hemispheres during the end of the 11th and during the 12th solar activity cycles. It was shown that the changes in the distribution statistics depend on the phase of the solar activity cycle and the asymmetry of the hemispheres, and the presence of meridional circulation was confirmed. Since the years of minima and maxima for the number of nonreturning sunspot groups do not coincide in different hemispheres, the variation of different quantities with the phase of the solar activity cycle for one hemisphere is shifted in time relative to the other hemisphere. A structured nature of the velocity field exists with respect to latitude for nonreturning sunspots which is preserved from cycle to cycle, and this structured nature characterizes velocity changes with respect to latitudes.
