Topics discussed are: (1) environment pollution i.e., a model study of the factors contributing to pollution in the Chesapeake Bay; (2) education, specifically science education grants to universities and colleges; (3) consumer product safety (the regulation of toys on the market); and (4) housing subsidies and community development.
