We have mapped the 13CO 2-1 emission from the Lupus Molecular Cloud over the full 2 square degrees covered by the Spitzer C2D Legacy Project. Areas with strong 2-1 emission, amounting to about a square degree, were also mapped in CO 4-3. The low antenna temperatures observed at CO 4-3 indicate that the CO is subthermally excited at this frequency, constraining the physical conditions of the Lupus star-forming region.
