Scientific paper

The deflection of light rays by rotating gravitational lens is
considered in the framework of higher-order gravitational theory. The
bending angle of light is derived. The effect of the massive scalar and
tensor components of higher-order gravitational field as well as the
gravito-magnetic on light deflection are discussed.
