The IPN1 localization of GRB790325 is one of the smallest GRB localizations, but it has been poorly surveyed due to the nearby bright star 104 Her. We have used a new camera employing a Tek 20482 CCD with a 9 magnitude ND apodizing region to block the light of 104 Her and obtain deep UBVI imaging of the localization. The observations, obtained at the USNO 1.55-m telescope, are the deepest yet obtained of this localization, revealing 20 objects clearly in or at the edge of the error box. Among these is a QSO candidate which is unlikely to be located randomly within the localization based on known QSO statistics.
