We present the results of detailed spatial and spectral analysis of the pulsar wind nebula (PWN) in supernova remnant Kes 75 (G29.7-0.3) using deep Chandra X-ray observations. The PWN shows a complex morphology with a sharp cut-off in the southwest. At the center of the PWN, a pulsar is embedded in a compact diffuse emission region with a polar jet extending to the south. The observations also reveal an arc-like feature in the northeast that could possibly be an equatorial torus like that seen in other PWN systems. Along the jet direction, there are two bright blobs on either side of the pulsar. Comparison to an archival observation shows that the peak of the northern blob has shifted 2" outward from 2000 to 2006. The spatially resolved spectrum of the PWN shows a steepening with increaing distance from the pulsar, demonstrating distinct synchrotron burn-off. The pulsar spectrum and flux vary significantly between the 2000 and 2006 observations: the spectral index has changed from \Gamma 1.2 to 1.9, and the count rate has increased by more than a factor of two. This appears to be accompanied by a modest brightening of the nebula itself.
