The paper presents results of measurements of discrete sources at declinations from -2 deg to -13 deg and right ascensions within 0-24 h, obtained during a systematic survey of the sky with the UTR-2 decametric radio telescope. Three-hundred-sixteen discrete sources have been detected within the declination range, four of which were never observed before. Measured flux densities of the sources and coordinates thereof are presented along with error estimates. The measured source positions are compared with those listed in the 4th Cambridge catalog at 178 MHz and the Parkes survey at 408 MHz.
