Results of recent observations of Jupiter at 10-23 MHz were used to determine active portions in the southern and northern trajectories of the foot of the Io tube. These active segments are related to the Io phase angle - CML diagram. The heights of S-burst sources above the planetary surface at different radiation frequencies are determined as a function of Joviographic longitude, and the source velocity with respect to the ambient plasma is determined. The present results suggest an interpretation of the enhanced decametric activity and the asymmetry of radiation parameters at Joviographic longitudes of the source equal to 30 and 220 deg.
