Results are reported from monitoring the spectra of S-burst storms on Jupiter in the frequency bands 10-23 MHz over the period 1980-1982. The east-west arm of the UTR-2 broadband decametric telescope was employed for the observations, which covered entire storm durations. S-storms were observed at every location in the Jovian central meridian longitude and Io phase angles outside of 120-200 deg. The storms all group frequency drifts from 60-600 kHz/min, with the drifts being positive near the first Io phase and negative during the second Io phase. The conical radiation patterns are concluded to have frequency-dependent angular structures, with the outer surface of the cone radiating low-frequency emissions and the S-burst frequency originating in the interior of the cone.
