We describe the expected usage of the Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3) after SM4 and estimateground system requirements for WFC3 and the full complement of HST instruments to beavailable at that time, based on a detailed study of DRM proposals using the WFC3 ETC.Assuming parallel observing with WFC3, ACS, and STIS, we estimate an average downlink volume of 11.7 GBits/day (science bits excluding any overheads) from WFC3 alone and 22.6GBits/day from all four instruments. We foresee the potential for peak downlink volumes of19.8 GBits/day from WFC3 alone and 30.7 GBits/day from all four instruments. We estimatethe OPUS processing requirements for the WFC3 pipeline to be 5.0 GBytes/day to handle thepeak WFC3 downlink. We expect an average archive volume of 1.5 GBytes/day. The pipelineprocessing and archival storage needs will be up to a total of 25.5 GBytes for calibrationreference files and at least 256 MBytes of RAM for CALWFC3 processing.
