Modern digital ionosondes can be programed to sound the ionosphere in more complicated patterns than by traditional radio experiments. In this paper we show how one such pattern, B mode, can be used to display Doppler informations as a function of frequency. We show examples of ''dopplionograms'', which follow a traditional ionogram format but with Doppler information added; these can be interpreted to reveal information on dynamic processes such as the effects of winds and waves in the plasma.
