The Wide-Field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE), scheduled for launch in November 2009, will conduct an imaging survey of the entire sky in the 3.3, 4.7, 12 and 23 micron bands. Each day during its six-month mission WISE will scan 4800 sq.deg. of the sky, and will downlink approximately 50GB of raw science imaging data and engineering telemetry. The Infrared Processing and Analysis Center is the WISE Science Data Center (WSDC) and is responsible for processing, archiving and distribution of WISE science data. We describe the five elements of the WISE Science Data (WSDS) that will carry out these functions: INGEST which receives and merges science and ancillary data from WISE Mission Operations Center and stages for processing; PIPELINES which performs image calibration, source extraction and calibration on both single-exposure and coadded WISE images; QA which performs automated science data quality assessment and scoring; ARCHIVE which provides storage of and access to raw and processed WISE data products and metadata; FPG which extracts the final WISE Image Atlas and Source Catalog from the "working databases" generated by the data processing system and prepares them for public release; and EXEC which manages job execution and compute and storage resources for the other WSDS elements.
