Data collecting and control of counter are important and they are used frequently in time-frequency measurement and other fields. A software to implement data collecting and control of counter is developed with GPIB interface, which is based on Windows operation system and adopts visual C++6.0 as developing kit. The software is characterized by multi-thread, and it can complete the control of counter, data collecting and displaying in real time.
