Cosmological Models: Galaxy Clustering, Galaxy Clustering: Numerical Simulations
Scientific paper
The aim of this work is to perform an analysis of the constraints that the dipole structure in the distribution of galaxy clusters can set on dark matter models of galaxy clustering. The author uses numerical simulations based on the Zel'dovich approximation. The main result is that high-density cosmological models (Ω0 = 1) better reproduce the observed dipole structure than low-density mdels (Ω0 = 0.2).
