We study the distribution of dark matter in the Hercules cluster. Our dataset consists of 120 measurements of redshifts, 47 from 21-cm observations and 73 from optical work. Using the entire data set, we derive a velocity dispersion vs. radius profile and a value for the total dynamical mass of the cluster of 1.6 x 10 exp 15/h solar masses. With the 21-cm spectra we derive rotational velocities and masses for our radio detected galaxies. The ratio of the dynamical mass to the rotational mass is in the range from 5-25. This means that the bulk of the mass in A2151 is not contained within the luminous galaxies.
